At Janjeevan Seva Foundation, our website mainly accepts donations, volunteer registrations, and support for charitable causes such as Gauseva, food donation, dog care, old age home support, and community seva activities.

Since we are an NGO and do not primarily sell physical products, shipping may only apply in limited cases where any physical item, receipt, certificate, acknowledgement, merchandise, or campaign-related material is sent to donors, supporters, volunteers, or partners.

Most communication, donation confirmations, receipts, and acknowledgements may be shared digitally through email, phone, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

2. Shipping Timeline

If any physical item needs to be shipped, we will try our best to dispatch it within a reasonable time after confirmation of the request, donation, campaign participation, or event registration.

Delivery timelines may depend on:

3. Shipping Charges

Janjeevan Seva Foundation will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the user.

We try to ensure timely delivery wherever shipping is applicable. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural conditions, incorrect address, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Damaged Or Missing Items

If you receive any shipped item in damaged condition or do not receive it within the expected time, please contact us with your details.

7. No Regular Product Delivery

Please note that Janjeevan Seva Foundation is not an e-commerce platform. Donations made through the website are voluntary charitable contributions and do not usually involve shipping or delivery of any product.
